Our commitment to your satisfaction

At Mongo Peptides, we are committed to providing high-quality research products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we do offer replacements or refunds under the following conditions:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].

We will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or
  • Issue a refund if a replacement is not available

Photo evidence may be required.

Order Issues / Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Product arrives damaged
  • Incorrect product received
  • Order cannot be fulfilled

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect use of products
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
  • Packages seized, delayed, or rejected due to local regulations

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
